Alors que la version espagnole a conservé la chanson originale, la version française a fait sa propre chanson. Bravo à l'adaptateur et au comédien Emmanuel Curtil, voix 'officielle' de Jim Carrey - entre autres. Son talent de chanteur tombe à pic - bien que les mouvements labiaux au tout début sont quelque peu désynchronisés.
